Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of Windrise Bridge ("Windrise", "we"), an independent developer based in China. Contact: support@windrisebridge.com. By installing or using Windrise Bridge, Windrise Browser, the mobile app or our account service, you agree to these terms.
1. What Windrise does
Windrise Bridge lets AI assistants you choose (such as ChatGPT, Claude or Doubao) use your own computer, browser and phone to carry out tasks for you. Windrise runs on your devices. The AI services themselves are provided by third parties under their own terms.
2. Your account
You need an account for paid plans. Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract.
3. Your responsibility for what your AI does
You decide which AI to connect, what permissions to grant and which actions to approve. Sensitive actions (payments, passwords, deleting files and similar) stop and ask for your confirmation. You are responsible for the instructions you give and for actions you approve. Don't use Windrise to break the law, violate other websites' terms, send spam, or access accounts or systems you aren't authorized to use.
4. Plans and payment

Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal or in the app. Cancelling stops future renewals, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
Payments outside mainland China are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record, which handles billing, taxes and invoices. If prices change, we'll notify you before the new price applies to your next renewal.

6. Open source
Windrise Bridge is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0). These terms cover the service, your account and paid plans. The AGPL governs your rights to the source code. Third-party components are listed in the app's notices.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid feature during your subscription, we'll refund the unused time on a pro-rated basis.
8. Suspension and termination
You can stop using Windrise and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or abuse the service (for example, repeatedly claiming free trials). Where reasonable, we'll tell you why first.
9. Disclaimer
Windrise is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. AI assistants can make mistakes, so review important actions before you approve them.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
11. Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we'll notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using Windrise after that, you accept the updated terms.
