Windrise Bridge ("Windrise", "we") is software that runs on your own computer. It is developed and operated by an independent developer based in China. Contact: support@windrisebridge.com.
This policy covers the Windrise Bridge desktop app, Windrise Browser, the Windrise Bridge mobile app, this website and the account service.
The short version
Your files, web pages, AI conversations and activity history stay on your computer. We don't receive them. We collect only the small amount of data needed to run your account, track usage time and process payments. We don't use analytics, tracking pixels or crash reporting.
What we collect, why, and for how long

We do not collect your files, web page content, browsing history, passwords, AI conversation content, or what your AI did on your computer.
Payments are processed by Creem (our Merchant of Record) or Alipay. We never see your card number or payment account details.
Data that stays on your computer
Settings, sign-in state, AI call history (7 days by default) and app logs (14 days, sensitive fields masked) are stored only on your computer. They are uploaded only if you choose to send a report through "Send feedback", and you see the content before it is sent.
Quick Actions sharing
Quick Actions (recorded step-by-step flows) can be shared to help other users. Before anything is uploaded, your computer removes accounts, URL parameters, typed input and page content, leaving only an anonymous step structure. You can turn sharing off, withdraw anything you have shared, or clear local records at any time in Settings.

Some providers' servers are outside your country, so your email and device identifier may be transferred internationally.
Your rights
In Settings you can view the data we hold about you, export it, and delete your account. Deletion has a 15-day grace period (signing in again cancels it). After that your data is permanently deleted, except order records, which are kept with your identity removed for accounting. Unused paid time is forfeited on deletion.
You can also email support@windrisebridge.com to exercise any of your rights, including those under the GDPR or CCPA. We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising.
Children
Windrise is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 16.
Changes
If we make significant changes, we'll notify you in the app and ask you to agree again.
